Bridging the gap

From start to finish, I really enjoyed my online yoga class with LivFitt. It was super relaxing and exactly what I needed. The instructor took the time to make sure I'm comfortable and that my laptop is set up just right so that she could see me as I move through stretches. I regularly suffer from lower back pain and after the class, I felt SO MUCH BETTER with way less pain than normal.

The online yoga of LivFitt is of very high quality. I loved the style, super friendly, v hands on and in a family style space. Learnt loss - and a great space to get away from the chaos!

She is a very good yoga teacher who taught me beginner level. It's easy to understand I really enjoyed it. I really recommend him and have fun your yoga life with him.
