Our Prenatal Yoga sessions include

Prenatal Yoga tips by trimester 

  • First trimester - Replace downward dog with cat and cow as you may feel nauseous because of the positioning of the head
  • Second trimester - A good time to focus on stretching and strengthening as you will experience a gush of energy
  • Third trimester - As the baby grows, you may feel discomfort around this time. It is best to focus on meditation and breathing to fight anxiety

My virtual mediation and yoga classes with LivFitt were phenomenal! The trainers tailored classes specifically to our individual needs, wants and levels (beginner meditator and advanced yogi). The trainers helped me fix a particular issue I was having with my chaturanga and helped me dive into a mantra-based meditation which I have been practicing ever since!

Myself and my husband really enjoyed Online yoga class here. My husband had never done any yoga before, but our yoga teacher went through each of the steps very clearly and made it a really relaxing and also fun experience for both of us
