I always struggled with my weight even though I was passionate about wellness. It took a huge toll on my confidence and self-esteem. They provide excellent office Yoga sessions, they conducted Rapid Yoga session of 45 minute which was done sitting on chair and standing near desk. It was full of fun and energy.

Never had trust on yoga its was slow and only curving But now when i did it literally i was shivering with pain at that time sweating after at evening i felt the real relaxing benefit i was feeling flexible and powerful because or knowing and practicing the doing of work in correct posture and gestures
